The Level Project is a new initiative targeted at CEOs and managers of businesses in Ireland.
The aim of The Level Project is to increase the proportion of women in senior leadership and decision-making roles in Irish companies, which is a key objective of Enterprise Ireland’s Women in Business Strategy.
Enhancing gender balance of senior teams helps to build strong leadership, attract talent and improve performance.
